SUMMARY:The Last Lecture Series: Dr. Laurie Kennedy-Malone
DESCRIPTION:Our “Last Lecture” series returns with UNCG School of Nursing professor Dr. Laurie Kennedy-Malone. Join us on Tuesday\, April 30th in Room 510 of the Nursing and Instructional Building for a career retrospective with reflections on Dr. Kennedy-Malone’s work and research. She is widely recognized as a distinguished scholar\, innovator\, and expert in geriatric nursing. Her impactful contributions to the University\, the SON\, and nurse practitioner (NP) education and practice are evident through numerous multi-year\, federally funded grants\, totaling nearly $3.6 million. \n\n\n\nAfter Dr. Kennedy-Malone’s talk\, we will move to Room 120 for refreshments and conversation.
