DESCRIPTION:Chair Yoga and Guided Meditation with Christopher Love ’88 is a virtual event. \n\n\n\nAre you sitting down? Americans\, on average\, spend more than half of our waking lives in a seat\, leaving our muscles stiff and our joints achy. In this session\, alumnus Christopher Love ’88 M.A.\, E-RYT leads Chair Yoga\, a secure and supported way to explore mobility and balance\, without the worry of getting down and up from the floor. \n\n\n\nLearn how you can use your chair to better your posture\, increase flexibility and alleviate stress. Feel invigorated and relaxed with simple breathing practices and conscious movement\, all while sitting comfortably on a chair. We conclude with a peaceful seated meditation.  \n\n\n\nThis event is free and open to all levels and abilities. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. For best results\, use an upright chair without arms. \n\n\n\nMeet Your Instructor!
