Students, staff and locals were welcome to browse vendors, listen to live music, and enjoy the street that our spartans frequent so often.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 UNCG Homecoming! Please complete the application below to be considered for inclusion in this year’s festivities. The deadline to apply to be a vendor is September 1. Selected vendors will be notified by September 15. Priority will be given to alumni-owned businesses.

Food truck trailers must be able to be disconnected from motor vehicle. Food vendors must comply with Guilford County Health Department regulations and may be required to show appropriate permits and inspection documentation.(Required)

UNCG staff cannot assist with setup or breakdown for food vendors or tent vendors. Assigned spaces may not be accessible by vehicle; please plan to transport materials by hand or cart if necessary. Access to WiFi is not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for providing their own hotspot or alternate methods for payment processing if needed. Access to power is NOT available.(Required)
