Alumni records Request Form

This form is for current UNCG faculty and staff to request alumni and donor records (contact info, etc.). Any submissions not from current UNCG faculty and staff will be deleted. Please note a few key items:

  1. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the expected delivery date.
  2. For email lists, once the email has been sent, please provide us with a list of unsubscribes and opt-outs.
  3. Once the event/mailing has occurred, please provide us with a list of attendees/registrants.
  4. Please request a new list prior to each new mailing/interaction (e.g., do not email alumni in June with a list pulled in January).
