Thank you for helping us celebrate the Class of 2026 at our biannual Red Carpet Reception! We welcomed students into the UNCG Alumni community and offered celebratory toasts to their accomplishments. Other activities included:
- Photos outside the Johnson Alumni House on the Red Carpet
- Photo opportunities inside the House and a photo booth
- Snacks and beverages
- Graduate gifts
- Champagne toasts from esteemed alumni
Dress Code
There is no dress code for Red Carpet Reception — but feel free to dress up if you’re feeling fancy! Commencement regalia (cap and gown) is also encouraged.
Parking
Parking for this event is free for your family and friends – they can park behind the Weatherspoon Art Museum in Lot 7. An email will be sent the day before the event with more information.

If you’ve made a Senior Class Gift in honor of your graduation year (e.g. $20.26), you can pick up your Philanthropy Commencement Cords, too.
