An Evening with Chicago-Area UNCG Alumni
November 9 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Join fellow Spartans for an evening of networking, conversation, and Spartan Spirit at Black Barrel Tavern in Chicago’s West Loop!
Hosted in partnership with UNCG Athletics, this gathering takes place while the Spartans are in town to take on UIC at Credit Union 1 Arena. Whether you’re a longtime Chicago resident, new to the area, or simply looking to reconnect with UNCG, this is a great opportunity to meet fellow alumni and expand your local Spartan network. We’ll have a private event space reserved exclusively for UNCG alumni and guests, along with heavy appetizers and an open beer and wine bar available until the event tab is reached. Come enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow Spartans before heading to the game or continuing your night in the city.
Attendees interested in cheering on the Spartans after the event can also purchase tickets to the UNCG vs. UIC basketball game; please indicate your interest on the registration form and you will be contacts by an Athletics representative to complete ticket purchase.
