Peabody Park Ivy Pull
November 13 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join students and fellow alumni on November 13 at 1pm for a hands-on service project in one of UNCG’s most beloved natural spaces—Peabody Park!
Co-sponsored by the Department of Biology, we will begin with a short talk on the importance of ecological restoration and the benefits of removing invasive species like honeysuckle and brambleberry.
Then, roll up your sleeves to help preserve the park’s native landscape alongside fellow Spartans.
Afterward, enjoy light refreshments and conversation as we celebrate our collective impact on campus sustainability.
